Raclette is a fun way to share a warm meal on a cold winter night. Traditionally, melted raclette cheese is served poured over boiled potatoes with cornichons and pickled onions and a bit of a nice white ham but melted raclette cheese can be poured over many things like roasted vegetables, sausages, or a crusty loaf of bread. For a raclette dinner you will need about 200g (7 oz) raclette cheese per person.
Pairs nicely with a dry white wine.
