The density is derived from the quantity of grape must used, which is higher than usual here at a density of 1.3 (water has a density of 1, while honey has a density of 1.42). Finally, it’s aged in oak barrels to complete the production process, creating a true depth of flavor though the aging process. This is perfect for grilled vegetables, meat, fish or gelato!
