Very immaculate
I graduated from NCI (National Cheese Institute) in Naples, Italy. I have 4 degrees in Parmesan alone, and 9 in all other cheeses combined. I am a well-respected cheese connoisseur and famous for my Parmesan tastings and ratings. I ordered this cheese at home with my pet fish while I was making lunch and ran out of Parmesan. I must say, however, this is the best Parmesan I have ever had. The taste is impeccable, and the texture is spot on. I highly recommend this product if you're in the market.
