Carisma Arbequina Finishing Oil. Nose: Fruity, very complex and intense aromas of grass, chamomile, plantain, and citrus. Palate: Initially is slightly sweet and nutty. It presents a perfect balance of flavors. Ultimately complex, harmonious, and persistent.

Excellent oil with the beautiful taste of the Arbequina olives. I just pour some in a saucer, add salt and mop it up with a good country bread... A perfect meal!

Excellent, moderately light olive oil. Perfect with salads. Too bad the shipping cost is a killer. Will buy several bottles the next time I order smoked salmon.
