Nduja is a spicy and smokey spreadable salami made with calabrian chili, pimenton de la vera, garlic, and red wine. A blend of pork belly, pork shoulder, fatback, and spices. The salamis is ground up several times to form a paste that is then fermented and aged in drying chambers for several months to obtain a beautiful spicy and funky flavor. 'Nduja can be eaten spread on toast or crackers, or it can be used to flavor sauces, soups, or melted on pizza. Nduja is very addictive and will be the first tasty item wiped out of your charcuterie board. 3oz each
