Founded in 2002 by Austrian duo Hans Peter Fink and his wife Bettina Fink-Haberl, Fink's Delicatessen produces in their own preserved and pickled delicacies. Their range of products include pesti, chutneys, barbecue sauces and dips, jams, black walnuts, rowan berries, pickled vegetables, and the like. Hans and Bettina source only the very best ingredients from regional farmers in Austria. Their products contain no addivites, preservatives, or flavorings.

Black Walnuts: Whole walnuts, harvested while still green, are stored in water in large open barrels to ferment in the sun. The water and the sun fermentation turns the green walnuts black. Afterward the walnuts are pickled and then packed in heavy syrup in glass jars. Pickled walnuts are easy to slice to be
added to cheese boards, venison dishes, grilled meat, salads and even as topping for ice cream. 9.5oz
Black Walnut & Olive Tapenade: A Mediterranean-inspired olive spread with local Austrian black walnuts. Perfect on a baguette, blended into a sauce for pasta, added to tuna steak, or for use in tapas. 212ml jar
Cornelian Cherries: Pickled sweet cherries also called "Dirndlkirschen" or "Kornelkirsche“ in Austria, these sweet cherries are kept in salt water for weeks to ferment. Once pickled they are stored in canola oil in glass jars with dried flowers from the Austrain alps. This product is used as you would olives.
Perfect for apetizers or a snack. Widely used in Tapas bars to be added to a glass of wine. Restaurants add Cornelian Cherries to beef tatar and special hams liked Iberico ham. 212ml
Apple & Horseradish Chutney: Perfect used for prime beef, matured cheese, as well as steamed fish and grilled meat. 143ml
Paprika & Eggplant Dip: Can be used as a dip with crisp bread, or a bbq sauce, vegan spread, or pasta sauce. Add to a soft tortilla or pita bread with barbecued meat or grilled chicken. Can be used as a sauce for a vegan tatar, we also use it for tapas combined with artichokes, almonds and cheese. 280ml
