The Discovery Collection is the perfect way to become acquainted with an array of cheeses from all over the United States and Europe. Our cheese experts will assemble a range of cheeses with different milk types and styles to offer a delightful culinary experience. Our Discovery Collection adds the element of surprise as each shipment is comprised of cheeses at exact ripeness at the time of ordering. Each collection will consist of approximately two pounds of various cheeses as well as a Jacuterie dried saucisson to round out your cheese plate.
