Cheese

In addition to the other wonderfully unique products Solex Catsmo offers, our cheese department Solex Catsmo Cheese offers some of the best cheeses from farms within the United States as well as around the world. Prefer hardy, complex cheddars bursting with flavor? We have numerous offerings from centuries old creameries in England as well as home-grown varieties from Vermont. Prefer something creamy and decadent with a soft, bloomy rind? We have offerings from France as well as from cheese artisans in upstate New York. Blue cheeses from Spain, England, France, Italy, and the United States.  We have something for everyone. Because cheese is highly perishable we will only ship cheeses overnight for a flat rate of $35.
