Great gravlax!
Your gravlax was the surprise hit of my wife's 80th birthday party. Most of our guests didn't know what gravlax was, but after a half hour I realized I should have ordered two or three lbs instead of one. It was fresh, perfectly sliced and packaged, delicious! Thank you!
