Mouthwateringly Flavorful
I have sampled smoked salmon from many different purveyors. This is some of the most flavorful. Found Solex during the pandemic and can't ever imagine going elsewhere. My only wish is that it was sliced thinner.

Just Perfect!!!
I got the CATSMO GOLD LABEL SMOKED SALMON from Williams Sonoma on a whim. And, oh my gosh, it is delicious!!!! It is perfectly smoked, balanced, and priced! I love smoked salmon and I eat it a lot. This is definitely it! I had to tear myself away from it. Lol. I will, for sure, order it again especially since they are in my home state of NY.

There is none better
Pre-covid-19 pandemic I shopped at Adam's in Kingston, NY, and for years tried the various brands of expensive smoked salmon they offered. Two or three years ago Adam's began stocking Catsmo smoked salmon, I tried it, and I was hooked. Thereafter nothing but Catsmo! There are never ever unappetizing greyish spots on Catsmo smoked salmon. It's always uniformly pink--always salmon-colored--and always delicious. It's the best I've ever had. There is none better.

I've been eating smoked salmon from all over the world for much of my 70+ years. This one is a wonderful discovery--a truly outstanding product at a very reasonable price.
