Brillat-Savarin, Petite is a cow's milk, triple-crème brie-style cheese from France. This lovely cheese is buttery, rich, creamy and decadent with a rare "natural rind" which is essentially a thin skin. Brillat-Savarin, Petite is essentially the cheese equivalent of ice cream! Incredible on its own or served with a fruit jam on hearty bread. Pair Brillat-Savarin "natural rind" with Domaine Chandon Rosé or a Viognier.

I've been searching for brie like this for a year-It melts in your mouth and has an awesome flavor. I used to order from William Sonoma a brie like this one but I had to order a group of cheese that were $40 and with overnight shipping cost me around $60 for that one cheese as didn't like the rest. This one I can afford and is exactly like the one from William Sonoma-Cremeau de Citreaux. Maybe I spelled that wrong-after all I'm 80 years old and a retired school teacher.

Once you start eating this brie you can't stop. The day I got mine I ordered two more.
