Chef Daniel Boulud and Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse have teamed up to develop an extraordinary line of custom smoked salmon. The recipes themselves were tested and perfected under the leadership of Daniel Boulud and smoked with fruit wood by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse in New York's Catskill Mountains. The result is a delicate, silky, and lightly fragrant smoked salmon.
