Just received my very first order, first on the table is Imported 12-year-old malt Scotch Whiskey version.
Well, this is phenomenally tasting smoked salmon, rich, smokey, deep flavor. AMAZING. I had pleasure to compare it to smoked salmon from Petrossian well known purveyor of fine foods. I must say Catsmo is much better, in my humble opinion. Once, I finish it I will try Gravelox which also came with my order.
Planning to order smoked Sable and Sturgeon in coming weeks. Thank You!

Great Smoked Salmon
The silkiness and flavor of this smoked salmon is great. We had it plain - some toast with a little butter, and it was perfect. It's subtle and not too fishy. I was concerned the fish flavor would overwhelm the scotch undertones, but it was just right.

I tried both the bourbon smoked and Scottish smoked....has a more subtle yet vibrant flavor both eaten plan and as bagels and lox. The Bourbon is of strongly flavored and delicious...in short these are winners

Some of the best I've tried
The flavor is really nice and fresh. Very smooth buttery texture. The whiskey taste isn't overpowering at all, very subtle.
